Our coffee and food

Since we opened in 2015, we have looked for and found the best suppliers in Scotland, who prioritise sourcing and production ethics, environmental commitment, and of course, taste and quality of products.

Our amazing beans are supplied by Dear Green roastery in Glasgow.

Our amazing meats are supplied by Sgaia Vegan Meats in Glasgow, who handmake all their lovely pepperoni, bacon, and pastrami which we use in our breakfasts, sandwiches and morning rolls. They are flavourful and delicious, and the best part is eating them won’t hurt other living beings!

Since we opened, we have worked with Chocolate Tree - an artisan chocolatier based in Edinburgh, who provide us with hand made organic chocolate for our mochas and hot chocolate.

We source our teas from Eteaket - the best tea makers in Edinburgh. Eteaket are committed to various ethical and social endeavours, and offer a wonderful selection of black, oolong, fruity and herbal teas. Our favourite is the Pumpkin Spice Chai!
